These Terms of Use govern your use of Endless Music ("the Application"), an open-source AI-powered playlist studio operated by ARDW (ardw.net).
1. Acceptance
By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Description of Service
The Application generates Spotify playlists using AI language models. It requires:
- A Spotify account (free or Premium)
- An AI API key from a supported provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible)
The Application is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Playlist quality depends on the AI model, available music data, and Spotify's catalog.
3. Your Responsibilities
- API Keys: You are responsible for your AI API keys and any costs incurred through their use. The Application sends your key to your chosen AI provider to generate playlists. You should set spending limits with your provider.
- Spotify Account: You are responsible for your Spotify account and any playlists created through the Application. You can revoke access at any time via Spotify's account settings.
- Acceptable Use: Do not use the Application to generate playlists containing illegal content, or to abuse third-party API rate limits.
4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Model
The Application operates on a Bring Your Own Key model. This means:
- You provide and pay for your own AI API usage directly with your provider.
- ARDW does not charge for using the Application.
- ARDW is not responsible for costs incurred on your AI provider account.
- ARDW does not store your API keys on any server.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application's source code is released under the MIT License. You may fork, modify, and self-host it.
Music content accessed through Spotify is owned by the respective rights holders and governed by Spotify's terms. The Application creates playlists — it does not host, stream, or distribute music.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with Spotify, OpenAI, Anthropic, Last.fm, MusicBrainz, Tavily, and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. ARDW is not responsible for outages, changes, or policy updates from these providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARDW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to:
- Costs incurred on your AI provider account
- Playlists created or modified in your Spotify account
- Loss of API keys due to browser data loss
- Service interruptions from third-party providers
8. Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. ARDW does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
9. Changes
ARDW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ARDW operates.
